The Memory of Nations workshops are for anyone who wants to actively engage in the world of theatre. The interactive \"<\/span>Youth Workshops<\/b>\" will guide you through the fascinating stories of survivors and help you create your own theatre pieces. Creative \"<\/span>Intergenerational Workshops<\/b>\" for all ages will allow you to rediscover the magic of theatre and share your memories with others.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Youth Workshops<\/h2><\/div>
<\/div>

During the holidays, all those interested have the opportunity to participate in a creative and educational residency which we regularly offer in the form of our day camps. These are designed for older school-aged children and young people. The aim is to provide a space to create together and learn about a selected period of modern history.<\/span><\/p>\n

Summer Theatre Workshops 2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Memory of Nations Theatre invites young people aged 11\u201319 to summer theatre workshops in the form of a day camp, at the end of which an original theatre performance inspired by real stories from the 20th century will be created.
The theme of this year's workshops is the moment of decision<\/b>. The decision to take a step that can change our entire life as we know it. <\/p>\n

Dates and age groups:<\/strong>
July 27\u201331, 2026 \u2013 for participants aged 11\u201315 (middle school)
August 3\u20137, 2026 \u2013 for participants aged 15\u201319 (high school)<\/p>\n

Venue:<\/strong> \u0160pan\u011blsk\u00e1 1073\/10, 120 00 Praha 2<\/p>\n

Schedule:<\/strong> The program runs daily from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Participants can arrive as early as 9:00 a.m. and leave or be picked up until 5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Price:<\/strong> The course fee is CZK 4,500 for one five-day camp. The price includes lunch and an afternoon snack.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Intergenerational Workshops<\/h2><\/div>

The Memory of Nations Theatre offers intergenerational workshops where people over 55 meet with high school students to collaborate on theatre work based on true stories from the 20th century. Participants learn about history, share their experiences and opinions, and develop their acting and creative skills. Workshops can vary in format and length and are led by an experienced instructor who guides participants through the whole process of creating a theatre performance.<\/span><\/p>\n
